Ordering If you are having any difficulties at all with the navigation of the site or general ordering process, then please don't be shy - Either leave a message on the contact tab or give us a call on 07919 662919. and we will help in any way we can.
Resolution All pictures on view are at low resolution and can appear darker than the actual image.
The version ordered will be printed at high res and on professional quality photographic paper.
Size The majority of pictures on show are at a 4x6 ratio, therefore if you order 5x7 there will inevitably be some cropping required. Where possible this will done without effecting the main subject of the photo. In some instances (e.g group pictures) where cropping will adversely affect the composition of the picture, we will order 5x7.5" instead. (Please note that this decision will be made at our discretion)
Panoramic prints should only be ordered if the picture on show is panoramic (i.e. Long and thin).
If you require any sizes not available (i.e Square or to fit a oddly shaped photo frame) then order the next sized photo up and leave instructions in the special requirements box. Please ensure you also leave your telephone number in case your requirements are impractical.
Finish All pictures will be printed in colour with a silk finish, unless otherwise stated.
Collages If you would prefer a collage of photo's, rather than a single picture - select the 'Buy now' button against a single picture, but list the details (picture reference number) of all pictures you wish to be included on the collage 'your message'.
Deletions There are limitations to the capacity of this site, therefore the number of photo's viewable in any given portfolio are likely to be reduced within 2-3 weeks of the portfolio going live. In time, most portfolio's will be removed altogether. However, if you require a photograph which is no longer available on the site, then please send details via the 'contact' tab and we will endeavor to retrieve from archive. If you order a CD after pictures have been removed, then your CD will include all pictures taken - not just those remaining on view.
Touch Up If you would like a bit of cosmetic surgery (photographically, that is), then please leave instructions in the message box. For instance, spots removed, red blotchy skin toned down, teeth whitened etc. Even, if you have a bad case of shut eye, as long as we have another picture with eyes open, then we can perform an eye transplant!
Just remember we are good, but can't perform miracles - if you look more like Betty Boothroyd than Claudia Schiffer, then the chances are you will still look like Betty Boothroyd, albeit slightly enhanced!
If you also have some annoying git in the background that you'd rather not have in your picture, then lets us know and we'll have them removed or blurred.
